The Musica Humana Chamber Choir has been founded in the spring of 1993 on then initiative of the teaching staff of Bartók Béla Conservatoire.
The founders of the Choir are: Magdolna Birkás, Mónika Lippai Margi T. Farkas, Lajos Farkas, Attila Vámos and János Birkás.The choir master of the Choir was Mónika Lippai while the artistic director was János Birkás until 2004.Since then the choir master of the Choir is also János Birkás.Teachers, doctors, choristers, state officials, and pensioners are members of the Choir.The Musica Humana Choir first of all works on popularization of the choral works in Voivodina.
he Choir has had many appearances in Belgrade , Novi Sad, Subotica, Zrenjanin, Sombor, Kula and Senta.We have to emphasize that the Choir holds an appearance once a year in smaller cities, towns or villages of Voivodina where the Hungarians are in minority.
The Musica Humana Choir has also held many appearances in Budapest, Szentes, Szekszárd, Csongrád, Komló and Celldömölk , Hungary.Since 2001 the city of Ada is the host , while the Musica Humana Choir is the organiser and the host of the Lajos Bárdos International Choir Festival.
Some of our most remarkable appearances are:
The Choir has received a silver plaquette in 1995 with its appearance on Ruma Festival of Voivodina's Music Associations.

In 1997 the Choir has received a bronze plaquette on Ruma Festival of Voivodina's Music Assotiations.
